Pop Tart

for the record, I am not a pop tart

you only wish I were so quick

and sweet and simple

flat as the moon

this self-prescribed exhile

I am a voyeur of your life

not your friend

I dreamt I heard you talking behind my

another time.’

‘I love you Peter.’

‘I love you too Claire.’ Peter kissed her softly

Relationships are part of us as our health and well-being. We all need relationships. A person who does not have a relationship with anyone, is lacking a very essential part of life. As humans, we have an innate need to interact with other humans. Yes you will hear some people say things like, “I would rather spend time with my pets.”
